Practice
Andy has been advising organizations and individuals for nearly 15 years. He provides legal advice and practical solutions to businesses, startups, family offices, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and individuals on a wide range of issues. Andy counsels the firm’s business clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle, from incorporation and initial growth phases, to critical commercial transactions, to ongoing general counsel services, and more.

He began practicing law at boutique law firms representing clients in cases as diverse as wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, complex commercial disputes between tech companies, and spent nuclear fuel storage litigation. He also founded a legal technology company which adapted artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies for use in the law.

Andy has worked with the U.S. Justice Department's Office of Consumer Litigation, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of New York, and for President Joe Biden when he served on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
